The first thing to say is that I'm not a runner. However, I wanted to do something to raise money to help those that are affected by this disease. I've had a number of family members who have had and are living with Motor Neurone Disease and it is devastating. 

So if I can raise a little money to help 'ease' a little of the challenges for families dealing with MND
